POS Reporting:
NOR-Dell will develop, run and distribute weekly and monthly POS reporting to clients and buying staff at retailer in a timely manner. NOR-Dell will also run and distribute retailer scorecards to appropriate personnel.
Promotional Reporting:
NOR-Dell will develop, run and distribute sell thru trackers to give timely and actionable data to clients and buying staff.
Replenishment Reporting and Analysis:
NOR-Dell will develop, run and distribute OTIF (On Time In Full) and In-Stock reporting to make recommendations to clients and retailer replenishment staff to better service stores and clubs.
Forecasting and Item Maintenance:
NOR-Dell will assist clients demand forecasting group and manufacturing facilities to create item level forecasting based off of item profiles, trends and marketing intel. NOR-Dell will work with retailer to align on forecast to ensure product flow is correct and safety stock levels are optimized.
Buyer Contact:
Nor-Dell will maintain buyer contact to make sure all expectations from the retailer are being met from sample delivery to key retailer meetings and initiatives.
Retailer Initiatives:
NOR-Dell will make sure the client is aware of all key initiatives the retailer is implementing at all times. NOR-Dell will keep the client informed not only of what the initiatives consist of but also how it will impact the business or how it can be leveraged into a win for client.
