Manage Buyer/VP/DMM Relationship:
NOR-Dell will acquire contact information and initiate communication at appropriate level of engagement within the retailer. NOR-Dell will obtain line review calendar and appropriate sell in expectations for planning.
Product Development:
NOR-Dell will work with clients using customer, consumer and category intelligence to develop product line up. Understand key price points, margin expectations and packaging requirements for product within the retailer.
Channel Strategy:
NOR-Dell will assist to identify and define appropriate channels within the categories that the product exists. NOR-Dell will help to define how the channels operates independently as well as with each other to clearly outline a go to market strategy for each channel and the key retailers within those channels.
Presentation Development and Execution:
Nor-Dell will set up meeting with the buyer and lead the development of line review presentation. Nor-Dell will work with client to build presentation flow and participate in the presentation where needed to obtain optimal outcome.
Action Plan:
Upon the completion of the meeting, Nor-Dell will build out action plan from feedback gathered during meeting. This will layout in detail the next steps needed to get product up and running for launch.
